The renter assumes all responsibilities for bounce houses, slides, chairs, tents, tables and concession equipment upon delivery. Any damage to bounce houses, slides, chairs, tents, tables and concession equipment will be charged for repair or replacement.
To avoid a cancellation fee, customers must give a 5 day advance notice of cancellation of any event. If the unit or units are re-rented for the date and time that is being cancelled, the cancellation fee will be waived. If a cancellation request is NOT made prior to 5 days of an event date, the customer will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the price.
Cancellation fee will also be waived if an event is reschedule to another date. Rescheduling of an event must be done not later than 24 hours before the original event.
In the event of severe weather, determined by Jump Up Bounce Down representative, a customer can cancel the delivery, not later than 24 hours before the scheduled event, without any penalty charge. Cancellation done on the date of a scheduled event is subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the price.
Any check returned for non-payment or insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee
